What is a risk assessment, well a risk assessment is a systematic process of evaluating the potential risks that may be involved in a projected activity or undertaking. It is important to undergo a risk assessment as its critical that we are safe at all times and that we will be preventing any small/ large injuries.

This is our physical risk assessment that we took out when filming so that we could follow it and prevent any possible injuries, however if a risk occurred then we can see how severe it is and then we can deal with it in the right manner.
